Brandywine Women's Rugby attended RuggerFest in Fort Lauderdale, FL during the weekend of February 26th and 27th. We competed against women's teams from Fort Lauderdale/Miami and Orlando, along with a college team from Florida International University. We were 1-2 on the weekend, had a lot of fun enjoying the sunshine and beaches, and socialized with many other ruggers from around the country. It was a great way to kick off an exciting spring season!
Next up, we look forward to starting Tuesday/Thursday practices at United Sports Training Center, in order to prepare for our spring opener on Saturday, March 26th at Chesapeake Women's Rugby. We'll post more details as them become available, and we hope to see you there!
